Focusing Your Thoughts on Godly Things
Dear Readers, Philippians 4:8 And now dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. When Mary shared this verse with me a while ago I knew that this was good advice, not only because it was the advice given from a good friend that I trust, but because it is the advice given from the Lord. I wondered though, how I would be able to apply such things to my life? How do I fix my thoughts on things that are true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, admirable, and worthy of praise?
