The Train Wreck That Was Me (McArthy's Bio)

Hi Everyone,      I just wanted to start out this blog with a little background of who I am. As I start from the beginning, you do have to realize this is my first time blogging. When I was little I was put into foster care twice. Fast forward a couple of years, I hadn't been taken out of foster care for the second time. When I was five in December of 2009 I was moved out to Arizona and adopted. I am adopted by my Grandma and I live with my amazing and beautiful sister.  Now fast-forwarding to the current day. I still live in Arizona and go to high school. The title has significance in my life right now. I am that train wreck that God has a plan for. The bad luck or dark times in your life is God getting your attention and getting you back on track to him. I have some struggles like my mental health or my self-image. Answered Prayer

Dear Readers, For this article, I want to go back two weeks to S.E.W(Spiritual Enrichment Week). It is a Christian camp that I had the privilege to go to. I was able to see some of my old friends I hadn't seen for almost a year or so, and we were able to learn what it means to be an AUTHENTIC Christian(I will write an article on that soon). :D  For the first few days there I was feeling homesick and I had some anxiety. It was strange because I normally never feel homesick when I attend camp, but this time it was different and I really wanted to hear something from my parents, but the camp was a seven hour bus drive and it was high in the mountains where there was no reception.  That year, the school that was doing S.E.W had set up this telegram system, where parents could send their kids a message in morse code. Through much of that week, I felt alone and somewhat abandoned by God. I had meant to tell my mom or dad about the telegram thing before I left...
