About Me: Sabine
Dear Readers,
For this article I thought I would give a short bio :
My name, as you probably know, is Sabine G. Anderson. I am a Christian or the term I prefer, Christ-Follower. For that is what I am. :) I also am an MK (Missionary Kid) currently living in the semi tropics of Mexico. My dad is a pilot and flies for the native people here.
I moved from the USA when I was around 6 or 7 years old, and I have lived in Mexico for around 10 years, which means I have lived in a different country than I have in my home country. I am proud to call myself American, but I have also grown to love the people and culture of Mexico.
I love to listen to music, paint, draw, write, crochet, read work with animals, and work in the yard. I would say that music, drawing, writing, reading, and animals are the top hobbies of mine.
Plenty of music has impacted my life and is just great to listen to. Drawing is just plain fun. Writing is also a great past time and you can make up what happens in your stories! Reading is something that I will always love. My favorite author is Jody Hedlund, and my favorite book by her is, A Daring Sacrifice. And since my family owns two dogs, two cats, two fish, a rabbit, and now we are caring for a baby squirrel, I would say that I am defiantly an animal person. :D
Over the years I have been able to see the way that God has worked through my family's lives, both through the good and the bad. I am hoping to share many of the things that I have learned and seen from God over the years.
My favorite verse is this:
Isaiah 41:10
Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.
Thank you for spending the time to get to know me. :)
Your friend,
Sabine
